Neighbors

© Written by Tarang Sinha

Sneaking up on the neighbor
Seeking some spicy news
Raising eyebrows
Rolling eyes
Twisted mouth
Floating gossips in the air
Gains attraction fervently
Why can’t people just live and
Let others live peacefully?
Understanding the difference
Between advising and interfering
Just sharing happiness and grief
Lending a helping hand
Standing up in need
And…
Spreading smiles and harmony
Like true neighbors

  1. Nice poem.I never encourage the first few lines in my neighbors but the last few lines, I would love to have such neighbors :)
But the fact is, in today's lifestyle, we never get to see any neighbors(both types)as we are succumbed within our home&work.

  10. I think this poem is wonderful and really does say how we wish all of our neighbors could be. But alas, that is not always how they act. Oh well, such is life, we can only try to be the neighbors that we wish we had.

Happy Theme Thursday and I hope this is being a great weekend.

    God bless.
