Ants

Proceed, like hard-working ants,
Taking up responsibilities,
sometimes more than your capacity
With indelible determination
Focusing on the target
Adopting togetherness
And amity!

  6. It is funny how hard working a colony of ants are and how well they work together. But then if you try to put them with another colony I think they will kill each other and even eat their own dead. Other than that I guess ants are okay. They work harder than any human is capable of working and I am not even sure they ever sleep. Hmmm, will have to look that one up.

Such a nice and descriptive poem that says a lot about us, especially nowadays. It seems as if anyone who has a job has to work twice as hard as they did a few years back, well if you are in the private sector, government workers rarely worry about losing their jobs, so they work as little as they always have, or at least the majority of them. Must be nice to not have to worry about losing your job. I knew I should have gone into government work but I missed the boat.

Thanks for sharing this for Theme Thursday. Always wonderful to have you join us. I hope you are having a restful weekend.

    God bless.

  11. Would that we all were so industrious! My son-in-law is a researcher working with ants, among other creatures. Their adaptations and team functions are amazing.
