Conscience

Tranquility scooches and, conniption
…finds a way in the mind.
Distinction between right and wrong…
…Becomes intricate to find.
 The conscience turns janky
And it may obliterate…
…the Amity, Ability and opportunity.

Try controlling your anger.
Kill the hatred...
... and develop harmony.
Spread peace and love everywhere,
The whole world will be…
…basking in the glory.

What an agile piece - you really used your words carefully and beautifully - 'amity, ability and opportunity'..was my favourite line..Jae

i enjoyed the way you used the words with intangible objects. the poem has a very nice feel to it. Lovely!

I especially loved the ellipses trailing off and on in some of the lines. An interesting stylistic choice that really makes this poem slip past smoothly.
