We will meet again…

Painting by Leonid Afremov

I cherish the memories…
when we walked together in life.
I remember the chats…
which we rambled.
I miss the laughter...
which we shared.
I hum the tune…
which we sang together.
I regret the conflicts…
which occurred without any reason.
I hate your forgiveness…
which you implied when I was wrong.
I love you more than before…
when you’re not around me.
And, I hope we will meet again…

  12. Really makes one reflect. Been doing a lot of that lately. And I actually have been doing this little project in one of my journals. Trying to think back as far as I can remember and think of how things were, for me, the city I live in, families, anything really. And then keep moving forward, until I get to where I am now.

Anyhow thought I would share this, seeing this piece is such the remembrance piece. I love how you ended the piece and how you move in different tenses as you list your memories, sentiments.

SO well done, I really appreciate this, thanks:)
